Terms of Service -

Monthly subscription:

By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to an initial recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancelation policy.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS:

Once you subscribe, Stripe will automatically process your monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Stripe will continue to automatically process your monthly subscription fee each month at the then-current monthly subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your monthly subscription below at the Section "Cancellation Policy".

Annual Subscription:

By purchasing an Annual subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. We may notify you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your Annual Subscription anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

AUTOMATIC ANNUAL RENEWAL TERMS:

Stripe bills your credit card for the Annual Subscription renewal fee in the first month of your next Annual subscription.

For example, let's say you purchased an Annual Subscription beginning in February 2021 and ending January 2022. You will get a bill for the second year (February 2022 to January 2023) in February 2022, unless you cancel your Annual Subscription before February 2022. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Once you subscribe, Stripe will automatically process your Annual Subscription fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We explain how to cancel your Annual Subscription below at the section "Cancellation Policy"

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is simple. Cancel anytime. There is no refund for the month to month membership. If you are unhappy with the service or find it's not a fit for you, simply request a full money back refund only for the Yearly Membership within 15 days of purchase.

Privacy Policy:

By using the SMRM website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, SMRM may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

-First and Last Name

-Mailing Address

-E-mail Address

-Phone Number

When you purchase SMRM products and services, we collect billing and credit card information through trusted service providers like Stripe and Paypal. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction but is held in an encrypted and secure payment processing service (Stripe.com or Paypal).

SMRM has no access to this information.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site.

These may include:

(a) registering for an account on our Site;

(b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners;

(c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties;

(d) sending us an email message;

(e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Use of your Personal Information:

SMRM collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.

SMRM may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from SMRM and/or its affiliates.

Sharing Information with Third Parties:

SMRM does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

SMRM may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to SMRM, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

SMRM may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

(a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on SMRM or the site;

(b) protect and defend the rights or property of SMRM; and/or

(c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of SMRM, or the public.

Tracking User Behavior:

SMRM may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within SMRM, in order to determine what SMRM services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within SMRM to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Automatically Collected Information:

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by SMRM. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the SMRM website.

The SMRM website may use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. SMRM reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
